Fenisia is a hard rock band whose style draws on the Victorian era and the Age of Enlightenment. As a freelance photographer, I handled the lighting, the shoot and the retouching; the concept, the logo and the merchandise were created by others, using my photographs as their foundation. I chose Rembrandt lighting for its drama: favored by Baroque painters, it suited the band's period aesthetic and gave every portrait the depth of an old painting. The images were used across the band's identity, on the CD, which was printed and sold, and on the merchandise produced for the band.
